Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Communion, Confession (Penance), Marriage, Holy Orders, and the Anointing of the Sick are the grace filled gifts from God to his people. Each sacrament is an outward sign of an inward grace. They enhance our bodies and souls and help us live a God loving life where He is the center of our existence.
The first three sacraments — Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Communion — are known as the Sacraments of Initiation. They are the fundamental building blocks of our sacramental life.
